At Peony, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all boutique tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
